Located in Colonial Country Club, you'll be in a gated community with plenty to do including pay as you play golf, pickleball, tennis, walking trails, community pool, restaurant, and bar area. Colonial Country Club is close to the airport, plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping, and gives you easy access to i75 to easily explore the areas north and south of Fort Myers. 20 miles to Fort Myers Beach means you can grab the beach chairs and easily head to the beach to spend some the day enjoying the Gulf and everything FMB has to offer. 30 day minimum rental. A 6+ month rental may consider a reduced rent rate and avoids tourist tax.
